Through guided daily journaling prompts children are encouraged to share not only what happened that day but also how it made them feel. Each day is rated using color coded stickers on the side of the page. As the journal is filled it creates a visual mood tracker which helps to reveal emotional patterns.
Spread throughout the journal are 10 unique and engaging activity pages, each specifically designed to develop and promote an aspect of emotional intelligence. Kids will explore topics like handling difficult emotions, managing anxiety, and trying new things.
