Refund policy

Whiz Kids wants you to be happy with every purchase you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If you need to make a return, you can contact us at whizkidsslo@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your order number. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

We do not store our customer's credit card information. When your return arrives at our store, we will call you promptly to process the refund to your card,

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

To ensure that you are being sold new, clean product, certain types of products cannot be returned like, like plush (stuffed animals, puppets, etc). Sale on these items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases.
